Key Fact #1:    The basic grassroots approach of taking the whole landfill (as designed to date) and breaking it up into a matrix pattern whereby an array of sections or modules are connected together to form the whole landfill containment is so simple and logical that every engineer and/or person I've shown it to believes its basic concept will not ever become outdated or obsolete over time. From the very first landfill containment cell as a whole, they have not worked and will not work. Each and every landfill ever built is leaking everyday of the year, and those claimed not to be leaking are only so because the ground underneath and around the landfill is not saturated to the point that the landfill owners have had to make public that their landfill containment cell has failed.

Key Fact #2:    With the exclusive rights guaranteed us in the patented Enstech System of being the only company or entity that can install a pipe from the array of individual modules or sections to the tunnel and/or out from under the landfill, we have the exclusive ability to not only locate the leak(s) and safely drain and remove the leaking waste for safe disposal, but it also allows us a passageway through which we can go to where the leak originated and repair the leak, stopping the leak at the point of failure.

Key Fact #3:    With the ability to repair the points of failure in a landfill cell comes an even greater reality of what this system offers the landfill owner. It must first be understood that not one single landfill owner has been able, by any means in times pas (before the Enstech System), to simply locate the failure in the landfill cell, much less repair it. The reality that the Enstech System will locate and remove the leaking waste until it is deemed necessary or becomes cost-prohibitive to continually drain off the leak(s) and then being able to repair the leak(s) by an array of different methods and/or technologies from the simplest approach of pumping the module's interior and/or passageways with a sealant compound-like clay or a foam product, to our high-tech methods now in patent pending puts us many times ahead of any would-be technologies or competitors. In simple terms, the Enstech System, by its own abilities and merits, is far superior and ahead of every other landfill containment technology or corporation and stands alone in the field of industrial waste containment.

Key Fact #4:    The Enstech System has the exclusive patented rights to use or employ an array of accessible leak detection sensors anywhere throughout its system, from just inside the pipe leading to the module to the farthest point up inside any part of the actual module itself. The exclusive ability to place these sensors where they cant be the most efficient, along with the ability to remove them for calibrating and/or testing as needed, provides for the only maintenanceable electrical leak-detection system available to the entire world in the field of waste containment. To further the exclusive rights and capabilities of the electrical sensing portion of the Enstech System, in the second issued patent in Claim #33 where it states that the sensors are accessible but not necessarily from inside the tunnel gives us the exclusive usage of all the communication technologies available to monitor and/or control these accessible leak detection sensors.

Key Fact #5:    The total world-wide waste disposal cost is estimated at $3 trillion a year, and out of all the treatment and disposal methods employed, half (estimated 47%) is landfill. This $3 trillion estimated cost does not include the billions of dollars the U.S. government is allotting for a disposal technology that can safely contain the radioactive stockpiles on hand that the nuclear energy industry has produced over the past 25 years. President Bill Clinton vetoed a huge landfill site in Arizona because he said, and we quote, "There was no temporary technology (meaning 1,000 years) that could safely contain the waste and still allow us access to it." We have that technology, and we can safely contain it in the ways they need and/or want.

Key Fact #6:    It is our belief the Enstech System is the greatest advance in technology that has ever been made in the safe containment of landfill waste and will positively affect the waste disposal industry more than any technology in the past or that can be foreseen in the future. This key fact is the master key that will open every door of business opportunity to every waste disposal company and government agency, large or small, and we are the only ones who hold the master key.
